Reikwijdte van de dienst

Buurt Check biedt indicatieve, onderbouwde woninginzichten voor Nederlandse adressen. De viewer in de app is gratis. De korte checklist is gratis. Het betaalde volledige-dossier entitlement opent de Pre-Bid Evidence & Questions Pack en is gekoppeld aan de anonieme koper en het adresgebonden rapport.

Geen professioneel advies

Buurt Check vat openbare datasets en afgeleide analyses samen. Het is geen juridisch, bouwkundig, notarieel, fiscaal of financieel advies. Je blijft zelf verantwoordelijk voor inspecties, due diligence en aankoopbeslissingen.

Betaalkanalen

• Webaankopen lopen via Stripe Checkout.
• Android-aankopen lopen via Google Play Billing.
• iPhone-aankopen lopen via Apple In-App Purchase.
• Ook de voorwaarden en restitutieregels van het betreffende platform zijn van toepassing.

We kunnen een entitlement weigeren of intrekken als een betaling wordt geannuleerd, teruggedraaid, terugbetaald of ongeldig blijkt.

Beschikbaarheid en wijzigingen

Publieke databronnen kunnen veranderen of tijdelijk uitvallen. Buurt Check is ontworpen om netjes te degraderen, maar we garanderen niet dat elke databron, sectie of export altijd beschikbaar is. Pre-bid checks kunnen mislukte, onbeschikbare, overgeslagen, niet-ondersteunde of reviewstatussen tonen wanneer een bron niet automatisch kan worden gecontroleerd of geinterpreteerd. We kunnen de app, prijsstelling of deze voorwaarden aanpassen naarmate het product of platformregels veranderen.

Bronnen en geen affiliatie

Buurt Check scraped, verwerkt of bewaart geen Funda-advertenties en suggereert geen affiliatie met Funda. Publieke bronhouders, gemeenten, registers, appstores en betaalplatforms sponsoren, certificeren of onderschrijven Buurt Check-output niet, tenzij dat schriftelijk is vastgelegd.

Toegestaan gebruik

Je mag Buurt Check gebruiken voor legale persoonlijke of interne evaluatiedoelen. Het is niet toegestaan de dienst op grote schaal te scrapen, beveiligingsmaatregelen te omzeilen of betaalde exports als eigen product door te verkopen.

Aansprakelijkheid

Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan wordt Buurt Check geleverd op een as-is basis. We zijn niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade of gevolgschade die ontstaat door vertrouwen op indicatieve data, fouten in brondata of serviceonderbrekingen.

Service scope

Buurt Check provides indicative, evidence-backed property insights for Dutch addresses. The in-app viewer is free. The quick checklist is free. The full dossier entitlement unlocks the Pre-Bid Evidence & Questions Pack and is linked to the anonymous buyer and the address-specific report.

Buurt Check summarizes public datasets and derived analysis. It is not legal, structural, tax, mortgage, notarial, or financial advice. You remain responsible for inspections, due diligence, and purchase decisions.

Payment channels

• Web purchases are processed through Stripe Checkout.
• Android purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
• iPhone purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
• The terms and refund rules of the relevant platform also apply.

We may refuse or revoke an entitlement if a payment is cancelled, reversed, refunded, or otherwise determined to be invalid.

Availability and changes

Public data sources can change or fail temporarily. Buurt Check is designed to degrade gracefully, but we cannot promise that every source, section, or export will always be available. Pre-bid checks may show failed, unavailable, skipped, not-supported, or review states when a source cannot be checked or interpreted automatically. We may update the app, pricing, or these terms as the product or platform rules evolve.

Sources and no affiliation

Buurt Check does not scrape, process, store, or imply affiliation with Funda listings. Public-source providers, municipalities, registries, app stores, and payment platforms do not sponsor, certify, endorse, or approve Buurt Check outputs unless expressly stated in writing.

Allowed use

You may use Buurt Check for lawful personal or internal evaluation. You may not scrape the service at scale, bypass security controls, or resell paid exports as your own product.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buurt Check is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on indicative data, source-data errors, or service interruptions.
