Hoe je ons bereikt
Buurt Check wordt beheerd via de officiele web-, Android- en iPhone-kanalen van het product.

Welke gegevens we verwerken
Adreszoekopdrachten en woninggegevens
Wanneer je een adres invoert, sturen we de zoekopdracht naar onze backend om Nederlandse publieke databronnen te bevragen. Na selectie verwerken we het adres, afgeleide coördinaten, BAG- of VBO-identifiers en de rapport-ID die nodig is om het dossier en eventuele exports op te bouwen.
Doel: adresherkenning, dossieropbouw, exportlevering en servicewerking.
Aankopen en entitlementstatus
- Rapport-ID, rapporttype, betaalstatus, entitlementstatus en aankoopmoment.
- Verwijzingen van betaalproviders, zoals Stripe-sessie-ID's, purchase tokens of transactie-ID's.
- Geen betaalkaart- of bankgegevens: die blijven bij Stripe, Google Play of Apple.
Doel: betaling verwerken, aankoop valideren, misbruik voorkomen en aan administratieve verplichtingen voldoen.
Web-checkoutidentifiers
- Een anonieme kopercookie op web om checkout-return en entitlement aan dezelfde browser te koppelen.
- Een kortlevende herstel-token voor een betaalreturn als de browsercontext tijdens een redirect is onderbroken.
Doel: een betaalde aankoop veilig koppelen aan hetzelfde rapport zonder naamgebonden account.
Pre-bid bronbriefings en deellinks
Na adresbevestiging verwerken we geminimaliseerde bronrunrecords, dekkingsstatussen, bronverwijzingen, gegenereerde controlevragen, anonieme kopersleutels, scoped deellinkmetadata en verwijderingsstatus. E-maildelen vereist expliciete toestemming; fallbackflows bewaren geen rauw e-mailadres en eventuele contactopslag gebruikt een keyed HMAC-hash.
Doel: bronbriefing, betaalde vragenpack, delen, verwijderen, review en operationele audit.
Gegevens die alleen op jouw apparaat blijven
- Recente zoekopdrachten en opgeslagen adressen.
- Thema-instelling, tooltipstatus en checklistvoorkeuren.
- Tijdelijke status voor rapportherstel of een onderbroken betaalflow.
Doel: gebruiksgemak en herstel binnen dezelfde browser- of appsessie.
Optionele analytics
Op de website en in de webapp kunnen we, na toestemming, privacyvriendelijke Google Analytics 4 gebruiken voor paginaweergaven, CTA-klikken, taalwissels en algemene productinteracties. Advertentiefuncties blijven uitgeschakeld.
Optionele foutmonitoring
Als foutmonitoring voor een release is ingeschakeld, kunnen technische foutmeldingen, appversie, browser- of apparaatkenmerken en beperkte diagnosegegevens naar onze monitoringprovider worden gestuurd om storingen te onderzoeken en de betrouwbaarheid van de dienst te verbeteren.
Wat we niet bewust verzamelen
Buurt Check gebruikt geen naamgebonden accounts en vraagt geen GPS-locatie, contacten, foto's, berichten of advertentie-ID's op.
Kort samengevat
We verwerken vooral adressen, woning-ID's en aankoopreferenties die nodig zijn om dossiers en exports te leveren. Lokale voorkeuren blijven zoveel mogelijk op jouw apparaat. We verkopen geen persoonsgegevens en gebruiken geen advertentieprofielen.

We verkopen geen persoonsgegevens en gebruiken je data niet voor gerichte advertenties of advertentiepixels in de pre-bidflow.
Beveiliging
Verkeer tussen jouw apparaat en onze systemen loopt via HTTPS. Rapportmetadata, entitlementstatus en betaalreferenties worden alleen bewaard in systemen die nodig zijn om Buurt Check te laten functioneren.
Bewaartermijnen en verwijdering
Op jouw apparaat
Recente zoekopdrachten en opgeslagen adressen kun je vanuit de app wissen. Andere lokale gegevens verdwijnen wanneer je browser- of appdata wist.
Op onze systemen
Rapport- en betalingsreferenties bewaren we zolang dat redelijk nodig is om aangekochte exports te leveren, terugbetalingen of geschillen te behandelen, misbruik te voorkomen en aan wettelijke verplichtingen te voldoen. Voorlopige standaardtermijnen zijn 90 dagen voor pre-bid briefings, packs, deellinks, contacthashes en bron-evidence snapshots, en 180 dagen voor operationele audits. Verwijderen trekt deellinks in en maakt gedeelde toegang ongeldig.
Verwijderingsverzoek
Mail naar support@buurt-check.nl met de rapport-ID of het gebruikte adres en een geschatte datum. We reageren normaal binnen 30 dagen.
Rechtsgrond
- Uitvoering van een overeenkomst: om het dossier en de export te leveren die je vraagt.
- Gerechtvaardigd belang: om de dienst veilig en betrouwbaar te laten werken.
- Wettelijke verplichting: voor administratie, belastingen of fraudepreventie waar nodig.
Jouw rechten
Onder de AVG kun je vragen om inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, bezwaar of overdraagbaarheid waar dat van toepassing is. Omdat er geen naamgebonden accounts zijn, kunnen we aanvullende gegevens vragen om het juiste dossier of de juiste aankoop te vinden.
Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Wijzigingen
Als onze werkwijze of de wet verandert, kunnen we dit privacybeleid aanpassen. De datum bovenaan de pagina wordt dan bijgewerkt.

What data we process
Address searches and property data
When you type an address, we send the query to our backend so it can query Dutch public data services. After you select an address, we process the address, derived coordinates, BAG or VBO identifiers, and the report ID needed to build the dossier and any exports you request.
Purpose: address lookup, dossier assembly, export delivery, and service operation.
Purchases and entitlement status
- Report ID, report type, payment status, entitlement status, and purchase timestamp.
- Payment-provider references such as Stripe session IDs, purchase tokens, or transaction IDs.
- No card or bank credentials: those stay with Stripe, Google Play, or Apple.
Purpose: payment processing, purchase validation, abuse prevention, and accounting compliance.
Web checkout identifiers
- An anonymous buyer cookie on web to reconnect checkout returns and entitlements in the same browser.
- A short-lived recovery token used when a payment return is interrupted during redirect.
Purpose: safely reconnect a paid purchase to the same report without requiring named accounts.
Pre-bid source briefings and share links
After address confirmation, we process minimized source-run records, coverage states, source references, generated verification questions, anonymous buyer keys, scoped share-link metadata, and deletion state. Email sharing requires explicit consent; fallback flows do not store raw email addresses, and any stored contact uses a keyed HMAC-style hash.
Purpose: source briefing, paid questions pack, sharing, deletion, review, and operational audit.
Data stored only on your device
- Recent searches and saved addresses.
- Theme preference, tooltip state, and viewing-checklist preferences.
- Temporary state used to recover a report or an interrupted billing flow.
Purpose: convenience and recovery within the same browser or app session.
Optional analytics
On the website and web app, and only with consent, we may use privacy-focused Google Analytics 4 for page views, CTA clicks, language toggles, and broad product-interaction events. Advertising features remain disabled.
Optional error monitoring
If error monitoring is enabled for a release, technical error reports, app version, browser or device characteristics, and limited diagnostic metadata may be sent to our monitoring provider so we can investigate incidents and improve service reliability.
What we do not intentionally collect
Buurt Check does not use named accounts and does not request your GPS location, contacts, photos, messages, or advertising identifiers.
In short
We mainly process addresses, property identifiers, and purchase references needed to deliver dossiers and exports. Local preferences stay on your device wherever possible. We do not sell personal data or build advertising profiles.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data for targeted advertising or advertising pixels in the pre-bid flow.
Security
Traffic between your device and our systems is encrypted over HTTPS. Report metadata, entitlement status, and payment references are stored only in the systems required to operate Buurt Check.
Retention and deletion
On your device
Recent searches and saved addresses can be cleared from inside the app. Other local state disappears when you clear browser or app data.
On our systems
We retain report and payment references for as long as reasonably needed to deliver purchased exports, handle refunds or disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Provisional defaults are 90 days for pre-bid briefings, packs, share links, contact hashes, and source-evidence snapshots, and 180 days for operational audits. Deletion revokes share links and invalidates shared access.
Deletion requests
Email support@buurt-check.nl with the report ID, or with the address you used and an approximate date. We normally respond within 30 days.
Legal basis
- Contract performance: to deliver the dossier and export you requested.
- Legitimate interest: to operate the service safely and reliably.
- Legal obligation: for accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention duties where required.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. Because Buurt Check does not use named accounts, we may ask for extra details to identify the correct dossier or purchase.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or applicable law changes. When that happens, we update the date shown at the top of this page.
